No Refunds After Services Begin
Once work has started on your project (including consultations, preliminary reviews, design concepts, formatting work, or listing setup), all fees are non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellations Before Work Begins
If you wish to cancel before we start work, contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund, minus any processing or administrative costs.

Revisions Instead of Refunds
We aim to resolve issues through reasonable revisions within the scope of the service package you purchased. Additional or out-of-scope changes may require extra fees.
